“Hi all,
As many of you know, the past few weeks have been really difficult for me, and after a lot of thought, I’ve made the tough decision to step away from the Steeldogs for now. I’ll be moving down a league to rediscover my love for the game and work towards getting back to the player I know I can be.
I want to thank Tony, Jamie, LJ, and Slava for understanding my situation and allowing me to take this step. I truly appreciate the support from everyone at the club.
I wish the team nothing but success moving forward, and I hope to see the boys in Coventry. It’s been a great ride, winning multiple trophies and sharing so many special moments. I’ll always be proud to have been a part of it, and I hope success continues to come your way.” – Brams

“Everyone at the Sheffield Steeldogs fully supports Jack in his decision to take some time to rediscover his love for the game. The past few weeks have been incredibly difficult for him and his family, and our thoughts remain firmly with them following the loss of Rich.
Jack has been an important part of this organisation, contributing massively both on and off the ice during a period where the club achieved some of its greatest successes. He’s a talented player and a valued member of our hockey family, and that doesn’t change because he’s wearing a different jersey.
We’ll continue to support Jack and his loved ones through these tough times, and he will always be welcomed back in Sheffield with open arms. Everyone at the Steeldogs wishes him the very best as he takes this next step in his journey, and we look forward to seeing him back to his best soon.”
