Swindon come into the tie off the back of an impressive opening playoff weekend against the Raiders. The first meeting went to overtime, where the Wildcats secured the win just seven seconds into overtime.

They followed that up with a strong performance on Sunday in Romford, claiming a comfortable 5-2 victory tallying a 4-point weekend.

As for the Steeldogs, they faced two highly anticipated matchups against the Peterborough Phantoms, fixtures that truly lived up to their billing.

Both contests carried a strong playoff intensity, with grit and passion on full display from both sides. The Steeldogs secured a 3-1 victory on Friday night in front of their home crowd before travelling to Peterborough for Game Two on Sunday, where the physicality and intensity rose even further.
