IT’S SUPER SATURDAY HERE IN SHEFFIELD
The TriggerHub Sheffield Steeldogs face off against the Bristol Pitbulls today in another exciting National Ice Hockey League clash, with two crucial points on the line as both teams look to climb the standings.
Last weekend, the Steeldogs secured two points from a possible four in their home double-header. Saturday saw the visit of local rivals, the Leeds Knights, in a tightly contested game. Despite the Steeldogs’ efforts, Leeds’ goaltender Sam Gospel stood tall between the pipes, helping the Knights take the win.
Sunday’s matchup against the Romford Raiders was a thriller for the fans, featuring an incredible 15 goals scored over 60 minutes, including an astonishing 10 in the third period alone. It was a true goal fest and an unforgettable night of hockey at the Bauer Arena.
