Nathan Salem is a British ice hockey forward with extensive experience across the UK National League and Elite Ice Hockey League system.

A product of the Whitley Bay junior programme, Salem developed through the UK pathway and has gone on to build a long senior career in British hockey. He made the step into the professional game at a young age and has since represented several clubs across the NIHL and EIHL levels, including time with the Newcastle Vipers and later spells in the National League with teams such as the Peterborough Phantoms and Hull Seahawks.

Salem is known as a versatile forward who competes hard, plays with pace, and brings a physical edge to his game. He has also been valued throughout his career for his experience, adaptability, and ability to contribute in a variety of roles.

Ahead of the 2026/27 season, he links up with the Sheffield Steeldogs, adding depth and veteran presence to their forward group as he continues his long-standing career in British ice hockey.
