There is a big clash at IceSheffield tonight as the Romford Raiders make the trip to Sheffield for what promises to be a crucial contest in the NIHL calendar.
Both sides are chasing important points at this stage of the season. The Steeldogs are aiming to strengthen their hold on second place in the standings, while Romford arrive knowing that every point is vital as they battle to cement their position in the playoff places. With the business end of the season fast approaching, the stakes are high for both teams.
Recent results have not gone the Steeldogs’ way, with injuries and narrow defeats disrupting momentum. However, morale inside the camp remains strong. There have been plenty of positives throughout the campaign, and the group remains fully focused on finishing the season strongly.
