STEELDOGS WIN ON THE ROAD IN TELFORD

The second part of the double away weekend for the Steeldogs saw them head to Telford.

Steeldogs drew first blood at 15:39 with Bair Gendunov getting the Steeldogs on the board. The Steeldogs went into the first intermission leading 1-0.

Telford hit back in the second with a pair of goals. Their first goal came from Canadian David Thomson. Telford got their second just minutes later this time through Harry Ferguson. Tigers led the Steeldogs 2-1 after 40 minutes played.

A big third period was coming up for both teams. Time was ticking for both teams to try and find a result in the game. Liam Steele got the Steeldogs’ second of the night tieing the game up at 2-2. Walker Sommer got the game winner at 54:43 scoring the third of the game making it 3-2 to the Steeldogs.

Brady Parker was chosen as the Man of the Match and his first as a Steeldog.#
